At Haulin' Hands Junk Removal, LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide professional, reliable, and high-quality junk removal services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, partial refunds, or credits may be issued.

1. General Policy

Because junk removal is a labor-intensive service, disposal fees are incurred immediately, and all sales are generally final once the service has been completed and paid for.

However, we understand that situations vary, and we will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis.

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

A partial or full refund may be approved under the following circumstances:

✅ Service Not Completed

If our crew is unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to an error on our part, and payment was collected, the unused portion may be refunded.

✅ Overcharges or Billing Errors

If a pricing error occurs (such as a miscalculation or duplicate charge), we will correct it and issue a refund for the difference.

✅ Unsatisfactory Service

If the Client believes the service was not performed as agreed, they must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • Provide a description and photos, if applicable

After review, we may offer:

  • A partial refund
  • A service correction
  • A future service credit

3. When Refunds Are NotAvailable

❌ Completed Labor and Disposal Fees

Once items have been removed and disposal fees have been paid to local facilities, refunds are typically not available.

❌ Customer Miscommunication

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect items pointed out for removal
  • Misunderstanding of what was included in the service
  • Undisclosed challenges (stairs, distance, excessive volume, hazardous materials)

❌ Changes of Mind After Removal

Once the junk has been loaded or hauled away, it cannot be retrieved or returned.

❌ Cancellations Within 12 Hours

If a client cancels with less than 12 hours’ notice, any deposit or trip fee may be non-refundable.

4. Deposits

Some jobs may require a deposit due to:

  • Large cleanouts
  • Long-distance travel
  • Specialty or heavy items

Deposits are non-refundable if the Client cancels within 12 hours of the appointment.

5. Weather, Safety, or Equipment Delays

If service must be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment failure, no refund is provided.
A new appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible.
