Haulin' Hands Junk Removal LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and related services (“Services”) provided by Haulin' Hands Junk Removal LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling service, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following:

1. Services Provided

Haulin' Hands Junk Removal LLC provides junk removal, hauling, labor-only services, property cleanouts, appliance and furniture removal, and recycling when possible. All services will be performed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All price estimates are based on volume, weight, type of material, labor required, and disposal fees.
  • Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins.
  • Additional fees may apply for oversized items, specialty disposal, excessive labor, hazardous material discovery, or extended travel.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
A receipt will be provided after successful payment processing or upon request.

Failure to pay at the time of service may result in late fees, additional collection charges, or legal action if necessary.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • While there is no cancellation fee, please notify us of any cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment.

5. Item Removal & Limitations

By using our service, you confirm that you own the items being removed or have permission to dispose of them.

We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

  • Chemicals, oils, paints (unless dried), fuel, biohazards, asbestos, or explosives.
    Any hazardous materials discovered on-site may result in job cancellation and additional fees.

6. Property Access

The Client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the items being removed.
Haulin' Hands Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for delays or damage caused by blocked access, unsafe pathways, locked gates, or restricted entry.

7. Damage Disclaimer

While our team takes great care on every job, the Client understands that:

  • Minor scuffs or wear marks may occur when moving large or heavy items.
  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses.

Any damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Disposal & Recycling Practices

We dispose of items in a legal, responsible, and environmentally conscious manner.
Whenever possible, items may be recycled or donated at our discretion.

9. No Illegal Dumping

Haulin' Hands Junk Removal LLC disposes of all materials at approved facilities only.
The Client must not request, encourage, or require illegal dumping in any form.

10. Liability & Indemnification

The Client agrees to hold Haulin' Hands Junk Removal LLC harmless from:

  • Injuries caused by unsafe property conditions,
  • Hidden hazards,
  • Dangerous materials, or
  • Items misrepresented by the Client.

The Client will indemnify the Company from damages resulting from these situations.

11. Weather or Safety Delays

We reserve the right to delay or reschedule service due to unsafe weather conditions, poor road conditions, or situations that pose a risk to our team or equipment.

12. Photos & Documentation

We may take before-and-after photos for documentation, safety reporting, and marketing purposes. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will be included without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Federal Laws and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or local jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance

By scheduling service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
